Singing has many health benefits, both physically and mentally. For example, singing can reduce stress levels, improve your lung capacity and sleep quality. It can also improve your memory, your immune system and much more.

What I am mostly interested in is how singing can help you express and process emotions. And how singing can connect you with your truth and your soul.

On top of that, especially if you are an auditory learner like me, singing affirmations and meaningful songs can support in rewiring your brain. Singing contains a wider range of frequencies than speaking which can strengthen the embodiment of learnings and realisations. Sound frequencies can evoke an immediate emotional response in the subconscious mind. And then I did not even mention the power of rhythm which has in itself many similar benefits. ​​​
